Scaly Safari Meet & Greets are designed for busy, high-footfall events such as council family fun days, charity and community events, and outdoor fairs and festivals. The format suits organisers who want something engaging, calm, and professionally managed, without adding extra oversight or complexity. This is not a seated show, ticketed performance, private party, posed photo-op, or “another inflatable”, but a relaxed, welfare-first experience that integrates smoothly into public spaces.
On the day, the setup is a clearly defined, table-based display where people can approach at their own pace, spend a few minutes engaging, and then move on, creating a steady and unhurried flow throughout the session. Interactions take place in small, informal groups, with a carefully curated selection of animals chosen for public settings and rotated hourly to prioritise welfare. Questions are always encouraged, participation is never pressured, and any handling is optional, appropriate, and fully led by us — resulting in a welcoming, well-contained experience that works just as well for cautious adults as it does for curious children.
We’re used to working in public spaces, and understand the practical requirements that come with it — including the ones that don’t always get mentioned until the last minute.

Pricing
We offer two simple Meet & Greet options, depending on the length of your event.
Meet & Greets are typically booked for half or full days. Shorter bookings may be available depending on location and context. Travel is included within a 10-mile radius of Rhyl, with additional miles being charged at 45p per mile.
HALF DAY - 3 HRS | £350
FULL DAY - 6 HRS | £650
