During an Up Close experience at Scaly Safari HQ, your child can spend time with the animals in a quiet, private setting. They can ask their questions, observe their behaviour and—with the animal’s consent—experience what careful handling actually feels like.
You will also have the opportunity to talk honestly with us about feeding, housing, costs, behaviour and anything else that still feels uncertain.
There is no expectation that you will go on to buy a reptile. The purpose is simply to help your family make a more informed decision—before an animal is relying on you.
